Legacy Clover Mgmt, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee design procurement and construction projects from scope creation through completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and aligned with project scope.

The role requires coordinating with designers, engineers and contractors, preparing budgets, schedules and documents, and visiting sites to monitor progress. Remote position with significant travel and strict adherence to contracts.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in construction technology or construction management.
• CCM or PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of project management in multi-family, residential, or commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scopes of work for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, and engineers for plans and bids.
• Manage budgets, estimates, and schedules to track project status.
• Review submittals and shop drawings to fit scope and specs.
• Visit jobsites to ensure contract execution and progress.
