Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a seasoned project manager to serve as daily contact for site construction teams and owners' representatives in a remote-capable role. You will coordinate with manufacturing partners, manage schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and deliveries across distributed teams while maintaining clear communication and documentation to achieve project goals.

Travel 30-40% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain management, with 8+ years' experience or equivalent
• Experience managing geographically diverse, remote, multidisciplined teams
• Strong decision making and relationship skills to identify constraints and resolve issues
• Ability to read and understand contract documents, drawings and specs
• Familiarity with project management, scheduling, purchasing, and engineering principles

Responsibilities

• Serve as daily point of contact for site construction team and owners' representatives
• Coordinate with manufacturing partners to align with project schedule and status
• Manage coordination activities across operations, engineering, logistics, delivery and post-delivery support
• Develop consensus for product delivery including budgets, quality, safety, and scheduling
• Oversee adherence to contracts, submittals, specifications and codes
• Maintain workflow alignment with delivery schedule and site team
• Provide project health reports covering finance, budget, staffing and risks
• Lead or participate in safety and performance improvement activities
