Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned project management professional for a 100% remote role on a high-visibility xPL Offsite project. The position requires coordinating across diverse, geographically dispersed teams and manufacturing partners to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Orlando-based project site is the reference for duties, with travel of 30-40% as needed. Responsibilities include reporting on project health, managing GC/GR alignment, and delivering performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain with minimum 8 years related experience.
• Experience managing geographically diverse, remote, and multidisciplined team.
• Strong decision making and relationship skills to identify constraints, progress issue resolution, and define ownership.
• Interpersonal and team building skills with ability to work across organizational levels, management, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of contract documents (including xPL contract, product submittals, specifications, codes).
• Knowledge of estimating, construction costs, scheduling, purchasing and engineering principals and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Serve as daily point of contact for site construction team and owners' representatives.
• Implement contract requirements with manufacturing partners and maintain communication aligned with project schedule, documentation, and status.
• Manage coordination activities for assigned projects including operations, engineering, logistics, delivery, and post-delivery support.
• Establish relationships with site team, owners' representatives, and manufacturing partners.
• Present monthly project health reports covering budget, schedule, and risk management.
• Provide regular feedback and training to staff to support development.
• Lead safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives on projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
