Job summary

WD Partners Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multi-location program rollouts for occupied remodels, expansions, and relocations. Remote work is available nationwide in the US, with up to 50% travel by car or air to project sites.

The role manages budgets, schedules, bids, and contractor oversight while coordinating field operations and senior leadership communications. A Bachelor's in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management is preferred and travel readiness is

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
Prior construction experience is required.
Program management experience.
Strong understanding of contracts, plans, specs and regulations.
Experience with design and construction activities for commercial spaces and/or health spaces is ideal.
Travel up to 50% local or overnight; must be able to rent a car and travel by air.
Must lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Oversee program budgets and schedules for multi-location projects.
Coordinate construction projects from start to finish with the project team.
Lead field operations communications and provide updates to leadership.
Oversee bidding processes and select/oversee contractors.
Administer purchase orders, change orders, and invoices.
Maintain positive relationships with leadership, staff, contractors and clients.
