Job summary

Legacy Clover Mgmt, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead design, procurement and construction initiatives, from scope creation to final completion. You will drive schedules, budgets and quality, coordinating with designers, architects, engineers and contractors to ensure projects meet scope and exceed standards.

Qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s degree in construction tech/CM, a CCM or PMP a plus, 5+ years of management experience on multi-family, residential or commercial

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction technology, Construction Management or equivalent.
• CCM or PMP certification a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience on multiple construction projects in residential/commercial sectors.
• Must pass drug and background screening.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Scopes of Work for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers to create design plans and bid documents.
• Prepare, substantiate and maintain budgets, estimates, and schedules.
• Prepare bid requests and manage contractor bidding processes.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for compliance with project scope.
• Ensure bidding and contracting align with agreements.
• Analyze bids, negotiate terms, and prepare contracts.
• Manage in-house estimates, RFPs, contracts, and invoices for construction projects.
• Visit jobsites to ensure proper execution of contracts.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate with vendors/contractors about bids and projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
