Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an Experienced Project Manager for xPL Offsite. You will serve as the daily contact for site teams and owners, coordinating with manufacturing partners to meet project schedules, documentation, and status. Travel between 30% and 40% is required, with 100% remote work option.

Responsibilities include managing projects across GC/GR budgets, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with contracts, and delivering monthly health reports to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain management with 8+ years experience.
• Experience managing geographically diverse, remote, multidiscipline teams.
• Knowledge of contract documents including xPL contracts, product submittals, specs and codes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as daily point of contact for site construction team and owners' representatives.
• Coordinate with manufacturing partners to align with project schedule, documentation, and status.
• Oversee manufacturing partners' adherence to contracts, submittals, specs, and codes.
• Align processes to the project delivery schedule and site team.
• Monitor quality, budget, delivery, and operational excellence to satisfy stakeholders.
• Provide monthly project health reports covering finance, staffing, schedule, risks, and recovery plans.
• Manage staffing levels for GC/GR compliance within financial structure.
• Deliver feedback and training to staff; participate in planning and lessons learned.
• Lead safety-focused delivery and other assigned duties.
• Travel 30-40% and maintain presence at project sites as needed.
