Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an Experienced Project Manager to support the xPL Offsite program. You will oversee site coordination with owners’ representatives, ensure contract requirements are met with manufacturing partners, and keep communications aligned with project schedules and documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience, with proven ability to lead remote, cross-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain management with 8+ years related experience.
Experience managing geographically diverse, remote, and multidisciplined teams.
Strong decision making and relationship skills to identify constraints and resolve issues.
Knowledge of contract documents including xPL contracts, product submittals, specifications, and codes.
Knowledge of estimating, construction costs, scheduling, purchasing and engineering principles.
Ability to read and understand general contract and subcontract documents, drawings and specifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication with presentation delivery skills.
Self-starter with project management skills and ability to manage concurrent complex projects.
Experience managing remote teams and delivering feedback.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Procore, ACC, SAP, Clearstory).
Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
Travel required.

Responsibilities

Serve as daily point of contact for site construction team and owners' representatives and maintain communication aligned with project schedule, documentation, and status.
Develop consensus for product delivery including budgets, emergent work, quality, safety, scheduling, installation, and close-out processes.
Oversee manufacturing partners' adherence to contracts, submittals, specifications, and codes.
Align project processes to maintain workflow with the project delivery schedule and site team.
Verify project compliance to ensure quality, on-time, on-budget delivery and operational excellence.
Monitor manufacturers' adherence to Quality Control Program and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
Maintain routine presence at project site to fulfill client expectations.
Manage, resolve, and escalate issues in a timely manner to site team and stakeholders.
Present monthly project health reports covering budget, schedule, staffing, risk, and recovery plans.
Manage staffing levels for GC/GR compliance within the project's financial structure.
Provide performance feedback and identify training needs for staff.
Participate in planning and lessons learned to improve workflows.
Lead or participate in safety and delivery activities.
Other duties as assigned.
100% Remote role, no relocation; Travel 30-40%.
