Turner Construction Company is seeking an IS Lead Technical Project Manager HQ to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across multiple business units. You will drive delivery from initiation to operational transition, while shaping roadmaps, intake, prioritization, and portfolio coordination.

You will mentor delivery personnel, manage vendor commitments, and present health and risk updates to IS leadership. Hybrid/remote work with headquarters involvement is supported.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Ten or more years of experience in technology project management or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and vendors as an integrated program.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
• PMP or equivalent accreditation.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex technology projects and coordinated programs from initiation through implementation, stabilization, and transition to operational support.
• Develop integrated plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, vendors, testing, and readiness.
• Coordinate delivery across enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, integrations, and business teams.
• Mentor and coach project managers, coordinators, and analysts to improve delivery practices.
• Present project health, financial status, risks, and decisions to sponsors and IS leadership.
