Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced project professional for a 100% remote role on an Orlando-based project. You will serve as the daily point of contact for site construction teams and owners' representatives, implementing contract requirements with manufacturing partners and maintaining ongoing communication aligned with project schedule, documentation, and status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience managing geographically diverse, remote, multi-disciplined teams.
• Strong decision making and relationship skills to drive ownership and progress.
• Knowledge of contract documents, submittals, specifications, and codes.
• Proficiency with project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as daily contact for site construction teams and owners' representatives.
• Implement contract requirements with manufacturing partners and maintain communication aligned with schedule and status.
• Coordinate operations, engineering, logistics, delivery, and post-delivery support to meet project goals.
• Develop consensus on product delivery including budgets, emergent work, and safety.
• Present monthly project health, finance, staffing, and risk reports to stakeholders.
