Talantir is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support the development of new franchise locations in Tampa, FL. You will coordinate multiple construction projects across brands, track budgets and timelines, and ensure alignment with brand standards.

This role collaborates with franchisees, architects, engineers, and contractors to keep projects on schedule and within scope. We value hands-on project management, strong organization, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction coordination or project management.
• Experience with retail, restaurant, or franchise construction preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple construction projects across various franchise brands.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Monitor progress from site planning through final construction completion.
• Coordinate permit applications and approvals.
• Provide project status updates to internal teams and leadership.
• Maintain organized project documentation and closeout records.
