Talantir in Manhattan, NY seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple complex commercial construction projects and mentor Project Managers across the organization. The role focuses on delivering high-quality results for a diverse client base in NYC.

Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally in the NYC market.
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior PMs.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project controls knowledge.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and project teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership on project strategy and execution.
