• Negotiate and issue subcontractor agreements.
• Supervise in-house crew and subcontractors.
• Coordinate project activities to adhere to budgets and schedules.
• Process submittals and maintain status reports.
• Conduct construction activities following regulations.
• Manage project documentation in Procore.
