Job summary

CR Fitness Holdings, LLC is seeking a Real Estate & Construction Coordinator in Tampa, FL to support lease administration, construction projects, and new club development. The role requires hands-on Visual Lease experience and strong organization to manage multiple deals and deadlines as the company expands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative experience in construction and real estate.
• 3-4 years of commercial property management experience.
• Hands-on with Visual Lease software and MS Office tools.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update lease information, documents, critical dates, and reporting within Visual Lease.
• Track lease milestones, renewals, options, expirations, rent changes, and other important dates.
• Organize and maintain leases, amendments, LOIs, construction documents, and other real estate records.
• Provide administrative support to the Real Estate and Construction teams throughout new club development.
• Assist with tracking active real estate deals and construction projects, including timelines and key deliverables.
• Coordinate documentation and communication between internal teams, landlords, brokers, vendors, contractors, and other partners.
• Assist with preparation and organization of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and project updates.
• Track invoices, contracts, approvals, and other documentation related to real estate and construction.
• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and provide general administrative support as needed.
• Ensure records and systems remain accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Support special projects related to new club openings and the continued growth of the company.
