CR Fitness Holdings, LLC is hiring a Real Estate & Construction Coordinator in Tampa, FL to support lease management, construction projects, and new club development. You will maintain lease data, track critical dates, and coordinate between internal teams, landlords, brokers, and vendors.

The role emphasizes organization, multi-project handling, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative experience in construction and real estate.
• 3-4 years of commercial property management.
• Experience with Visual Lease software.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or project management tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Interest in construction, development, or real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update lease information, documents, critical dates, and reporting within Visual Lease.
• Track lease milestones, renewals, options, expirations, rent changes, and other important dates.
• Organize and maintain leases, amendments, LOIs, construction documents, and other real estate records.
• Provide administrative support to the Real Estate and Construction teams throughout new club development.
• Assist with tracking active real estate deals and construction projects, including timelines and key deliverables.
• Coordinate documentation and communication between internal teams, landlords, brokers, vendors, contractors, and other partners.
• Assist with preparation and organization of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and project updates.
• Track invoices, contracts, approvals, and other documentation related to real estate and construction.
• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and provide general administrative support as needed.
• Ensure records and systems remain accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Support special projects related to new club openings and the continued growth of the company.
