Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Procurement and Sourcing Leader (PDS - Construction) to shape and execute the sourcing strategy for construction procurement across a North and South American portfolio. The role drives competitive bidding, standardizes workflows, and moves sourcing events from intake to contract award.

This remote leadership role partners with client procurement teams, builds a vendor library, implements performance evaluation frameworks, and ensures compliance with contracts and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience in construction or corporate real estate.
• Experience managing high-volume sourcing operations.
• Deep knowledge of construction trades and vendor management.
• Experience developing vendor prequalification programs and performance management systems.
• Strong understanding of competitive bidding processes and evaluation methodologies.
• Proficiency in procurement software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive sourcing processes for competitive bidding.
• Establish standardized workflows for sourcing events from initiation to contract award.
• Manage 150-500 sourcing events annually.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive vendor library across North and South America.
• Establish vendor performance evaluation frameworks and track performance.
• Serve as primary liaison with client procurement teams, building trusted partnerships.
• Ensure all sourcing activities comply with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
