Job summary

JLL is seeking a Sourcing Execution & Category Management professional to support the development of PDS sourcing strategies across construction, trades, and related services. The role includes end-to-end sourcing, supplier analysis, and stakeholder reporting in a remote-capable US-based position.

Responsibilities include building supplier relationships, market trend analyses, and supporting supplier reviews to align with client and JLL goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PDS sourcing strategies across construction, trades and related services.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes: supplier identification, RFP/RFQ, bid analysis, contract negotiation, and award recommendations.
• Analyze category plans, spend, supplier data, and market insights to improve value.
• Support supplier reviews and quarterly business reviews with key partners.
