Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Procurement and Sourcing Leader for our Project & Development Services team. The role focuses on building scalable sourcing processes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliant procurement across the Americas.

The position emphasizes leading high-volume sourcing events, developing vendor libraries, and delivering transparent reporting to clients, with a remote work setup across time zones in the Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in related field.
• 5+ years of procurement/sourcing experience, preferably in construction or corporate real estate.
• Proven track record in high-volume sourcing operations and equity-driven procurement.
• Deep knowledge of subcontracting practices, vendor management, and procurement controls.
• Experience building vendor prequalification programs and performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable sourcing processes meeting contractual obligations for competitive bidding on trades.
• Establish workflows from initiation to vendor selection and contract award across multiple projects.
• Create templates, evaluation criteria, bid packages, and selection methodologies for various trades.
• Manage 150-500 sourcing events yearly across ~50 projects with consistent quality.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive vendor library across North and South America.
• Implement vendor performance frameworks and scorecards for continual improvement.
• Serve as primary liaison with client procurement teams and deliver standardized reporting.
