Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an experienced Procurement and Sourcing Leader to shape and manage the sourcing function for Project & Development Services. You will design scalable processes, oversee bids for trades across the Americas, and drive vendor prequalification, performance data, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in construction or corporate real estate.
• Proven track record managing high-volume sourcing operations with process discipline.
• Deep knowledge of construction trades, subcontracting practices, and vendor management.
• Experience developing vendor prequalification programs, performance management systems, and contractor databases.
• Strong understanding of competitive bidding, evaluation methodologies, and selection best practices.
• Expertise creating procurement reporting and dashboards for executive and client audiences.
• Experience collaborating with client procurement organizations and building trusted advisor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive sourcing processes meeting contractual obligations and bidding requirements.
• Establish standardized workflows for sourcing events from initiation to award.
• Create templates, criteria, bid packages, and selection methodologies for trades.
• Develop timelines and milestones aligned with project schedules.
• Manage 150-500 sourcing events annually across ~50 projects.
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with contracts, policies, and standards.
• Build and maintain a vendor library across North and South America.
