JLL is seeking a skilled Sourcing Execution & Category Management professional to drive strategic procurement for construction and related services. This remote-enabled role requires strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities to deliver client-focused sourcing outcomes.

The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across project teams, operations, and clients, with a focus on driving compliant, cost-efficient procurement programs across the PDS categories.

Qualifications

Experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies for construction, trades, and related services.
Ability to analyze supplier cost proposals, bids, and market data to assess value and risk.
Proven track record in supplier relationship management and procurement governance.

Responsibilities

Support development of PDS sourcing strategies across construction and related services.
Assist end-to-end sourcing processes: supplier identification, RFP/RFQ, bid analysis, contract negotiation, award recommendations.
Prepare category dashboards and stakeholder updates for client and internal teams.
