Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Procurement and Sourcing Leader to establish and lead the sourcing function for our Project & Development Services team.

You will build scalable procurement processes, manage vendor prequalification, and maintain performance data across the Americas while ensuring compliance with contracts and client policies. This is a remote role with global scope and leadership accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience in construction, CRE, or professional services.
• Proven track record managing high-volume sourcing operations with process discipline and scalability.
• Deep knowledge of construction trades, subcontracting practices, and vendor management.
• Experience developing vendor prequalification programs, performance management systems, and contractor databases.
• Proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools, preferably Jaggaer and Aravo.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive sourcing processes to meet contractual obligations requiring competitive bidding for trades.
• Establish standardized workflows from initiation to contract award.
• Create sourcing event templates, evaluation criteria, and bid packages for various trades.
• Develop timelines and milestones for sourcing activities aligned with project schedules.
• Manage 150-500 sourcing events annually across ~50 projects.
• Maintain vendor library and performance dashboards for client projects.
• Collaborate with client procurement teams and deliver transparent reporting.
