Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Procurement and Sourcing Leader for our Project & Development Services team. You will design scalable sourcing processes, manage vendor libraries, and lead high-volume procurement across the Americas, ensuring compliant, transparent sourcing and strong client partnerships.

The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and continuous improvement through technology, with a remote-ready work setup across time zones in the Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience in construction or corporate real estate.
• Experience with vendor prequalification programs and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sourcing processes meeting contractual obligations for competitive bidding.
• Establish standardized workflows from initiation to vendor selection and contract award.
• Create sourcing templates, evaluation criteria, bid packages, and selection methodologies.
• Develop timelines and milestones for sourcing activities aligned with project schedules.
• Manage 150-500 sourcing events annually across ~50 projects.
• Build and maintain a vendor library across North and South America.
• Establish vendor performance evaluation frameworks and scorecards.
• Serve as primary liaison with client procurement teams and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, client policies, and JLL standards.
• Implement procurement technology platforms to improve efficiency and transparency.
