Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Procurement and Sourcing Leader (PDS - Construction) to shape and execute the sourcing strategy for construction procurement across a North and South American portfolio. The role drives competitive bidding, standardizes workflows, and moves sourcing events from intake to contract award.

This remote leadership role partners with client procurement teams, builds a vendor library, implements performance evaluation frameworks, and ensures compliance with contracts and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience in construction or corporate real estate.
• Experience managing high-volume sourcing operations.
• Deep knowledge of construction trades and vendor management.
• Experience developing vendor prequalification programs and performance management systems.
• Strong understanding of competitive bidding processes and evaluation methodologies.
• Proficiency in procurement software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Procurement and Sourcing Leader (PDS - Construction) to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will shape and execute sourcing strategy for construction-related procurement activity across a complex portfolio. The leader will drive disciplined competitive bidding processes, streamline workflows, and ensure sourcing events move efficiently from intake through contract award. This position also partners closely with client procurement teams and supports strong vendor governance, performance tracking, and compliance across the Americas.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $105,000 – $118,000 annually

Responsibilities
