Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar projects across the U.S. You will manage complex construction, mentor project teams, and foster a culture of safety and innovation.

You will partner with energy clients nationwide to deliver storage solutions that support grid resilience and decarbonization, traveling ~50% and providing strong leadership throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of construction management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Primavera, Timberline, and construction software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure environmental safety compliance on projects.
• Manage project budget, forecast, and schedule.
• Coordinate resources (staff, equipment, subcontractors) and materials.
• Lead project execution, risk management, and change control.
• Coach and mentor apprentices to develop skills.
