Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Construction Estimating Virtual Assistant to support bid proposals, takeoffs, and ITB management remotely from the United States.

You will use PlanHub and Contractor Foreman to prepare estimates, coordinate RFIs, and track subcontractor quotes. A 3+ year commercial construction background is required, focusing on accuracy and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial construction estimating and proposal writing.
• Ability to craft clear, polished bid proposals with exclusions and allowances.

Responsibilities

• Draft bid proposals, scope sheets, and inclusions/exclusions for client submissions.
• Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, specs, and PDFs.
• Manage ITB process via PlanHub and coordinate subcontractor invitations.
• Prepare line-item estimates and change orders in Contractor Foreman.
• Coordinate RFIs and maintain bid calendar and subcontractor records.
