Job summary

NEPSE Trading is seeking a Remote Construction Takeoff Specialist to support estimating and pre-construction activities. You will perform quantity takeoffs from architectural, structural, and foundation plans with a strong focus on accuracy and speed.

The role requires AutoCAD proficiency, experience with takeoff software, and collaboration with a small internal estimating team. This is a long-term, full-time, 100% remote position with a test project prior to selection.

Qualifications

• Experience performing construction takeoffs from drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with the estimating team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for foundation, structural, and architectural plans.
• Analyze drawings and specifications with high accuracy.
• Calculate square footage, PSI requirements, and material quantities for concrete projects.
• Collaborate with the estimating team to support project bids and estimates.
• Maintain accurate and organized takeoff and estimating documentation.
• Review project plans to identify scope requirements and assist in preparing cost estimates.
