Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Studies, or related technical field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience, with guidance to grow toward independent execution.
• EIT certification preferred or willingness to pursue it.
• Strong ability to read and interpret civil, structural, electrical and geotechnical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily engineering information flow to field teams and manage drawing updates.
• Draft clear RFIs and route to appropriate engineering discipline; track closure.
• Maintain engineering document control systems and version tracking.
• Support constructability reviews and identify missing details or risks.
• Assist in field execution of advanced tech like GPS, drone surveys, and data integration.
