Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Construction Engineer I to support engineering coordination, warranty analysis, and emerging technologies across EPC operations. The role involves GPS-enabled pile driving, drone surveys, and integration of new tools while traveling as needed.

Responsibilities include RFIs, design updates, and field clarifications, with emphasis on documentation discipline and cross-functional collaboration among project managers, engineers, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience with guidance.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (civil/structural/electrical/geotechnical).
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily engineering information flow to field teams and distribute drawing updates.
• Manage RFIs, gather documentation, route to correct discipline, and track closure.
• Interpret SOLV standards, contract requirements, and permit conditions.
• Maintain engineering document control systems and version tracking.
• Participate in constructability reviews and risk assessment.
• Support pile load testing planning, field logistics, and data collection.
