Job summary

Sanctuary is expanding its coordination team and seeks a builder-minded professional to own a portfolio of homes end-to-end. You will catch construction conflicts early, maintain clean documentation across disciplines, and ensure alignment between design intent and on-site execution.

You will coordinate across structural, MEP, and civil teams, review drawings for constructability, and work with a US-facing team from India in a remote setup to deliver high-quality residential developments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years coordinating residential projects
• Experience with US projects
• India-based and comfortable with a US-facing team
• Strong understanding of construction execution and field coordination

Responsibilities

• Own design development and construction detailing across multiple homes simultaneously
• Catch and resolve issues at critical construction junctions before they reach the site
• Review drawings with a sharp eye for constructability and gaps
• Coordinate across structural, MEP, and civil disciplines to keep documentation clean
• Keep reporting tight, consistent, and reliable—no dropped balls
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers across time zones
