Job summary

Parity Homes is seeking a Virtual Project Manager (Construction) to support 30+ rowhome rehab projects in West Baltimore from a remote location. You will drive documentation, scheduling, vendor coordination, and financial tracking with the Director of Construction.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in construction PM, strong scheduling, and the ability to work EST hours full-time. BuilderTrend experience is a strong advantage; familiarity with US construction docs is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong scheduling skills with Gantt charts and CPM.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update construction schedules and project records.
• Coordinate scopes of work and contract execution with trade partners; collect W-9s and COIs.
• Process invoices; generate estimates, budgets, take-offs, and bid comparisons.
• Coordinate with architects and designers to maintain updated spec sheets; support process improvements.
