Job summary

Magic is seeking a dedicated project coordinator to steer communication among owners, architects, engineers and design teams. You will run Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings, track deliverables and ensure timely reviews of drawings, using Bluebeam to flag conflicts and update revisions.

This role is remote with a US-based client focusing on design coordination and pre-construction. You will support US-based construction projects, manage schedules, and maintain clear lines of communication with

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in construction project engineering, assistant project management, design coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating architects, engineers and contractors.
• Experience managing project schedules and deliverables.
• Hands-on experience reviewing and marking up technical drawings using Bluebeam.
• Proven ability to handle client and consultant communications independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead regularly scheduled Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings with clients.
• Coordinate alignment meetings across architects, structural engineers and trade specialists.
• Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track action items through to completion.
• Review architectural, structural and trade drawings and design deliverables.
• Review and mark up drawings using Bluebeam; flag conflicts and track revisions across disciplines.
• Manage project timelines, schedules and deliverables; monitor milestones and follow up with teams.
