Wing is seeking a remote Bookkeeper in the United States with construction industry experience to join our team. The role focuses on maintaining financial records, handling payroll, and ensuring tax compliance while working from home.

You will manage payables and receivables, reconcile bank statements, and assist with budgets and forecasts, reporting to management and coordinating with project managers on costs and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Familiarity with construction industry and job costing.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero or similar software.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate records in accounting software.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare reports for management.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
