Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist to generate invoices and manage project billings. The role requires coordination with Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure accurate, timely processing.

The candidate should be proficient with PC use and MS Office, with 1–2 years in accounting, especially construction billing. Knowledge of Viewpoint and intermediate Excel is preferred. AIA contract billings (G702-G703) and lien releases form part of daily activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in PC usage and MS Office.
• 1–2 years accounting experience, construction billing preferred.
• Notary certification within 6 months is desirable.
• Knowledge of Viewpoint and intermediate Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review contract specifications to determine billing and compliance information.
• Work with Project Managers/Coordinators to generate monthly billings.
• Prepare AIA (G702-G703) contract billings.
• Prepare billing forms, lien waivers, and 2nd tier lien releases.
• Invoice GMP contracts and compile cost backup for each billing.
• Interact with customer billing portals and resolve issues.
