Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist to generate invoices and manage billings across projects. The role collaborates with Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure accurate, timely processing of invoices and compliance with contract terms.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree in Accounting, 1–2 years of billing experience in construction, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Notary certification possible within 6 months is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in PC use and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Accurate data entry and proofreading skills.
• Notary certification within 6 months of employment.
• Microsoft Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review contract specifications to determine billing and compliance information.
• Generate monthly billings with Project Managers/Coordinators.
• Prepare AIA (G702-G703) contract billings.
• Prepare billing forms, lien waivers, and 2nd tier lien releases as required.
• Invoice GMP contracts and compile cost backup for each billing.
• Work with customer billing portals.
• Assist with change orders and resolve billing issues.
