Job summary

You will prepare invoices, and enter AR data into Viewpoint Vista or similar ERP, while monitoring unbilled work and overdue accounts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of project or construction billing experience.
• High accuracy and strong communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ERP billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Review support documents and prepare invoices for construction and maintenance projects.
• Enter AR invoices into Viewpoint Vista following guidelines and SOX controls.
• Submit invoices to customers via portal or email in a timely manner.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up to ensure timely payment.
