Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks an Operation Specialist to manage day-to-day client billings for assigned projects. You will prepare billing packages, gather documentation, and ensure accurate bills in line with contract terms.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve billing questions, track deadlines, and support audits and pay applications, while upholding our culture of care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years related experience; construction billing preferred.
• Associate Degree in Accounting required.
• 1-4 years accounting experience; construction billing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client bills for projects per terms and requirements.
• Review billing requirements for completeness and accuracy.
• Gather required billing information from project teams.
• Enter and maintain billing information in applicable systems.
• Track billing deadlines and outstanding requirements.
• Escalate billing discrepancies to Senior Operation Support Specialist.
