The role provides administrative support to the Bid and Pipeline Manager and estimating teams, ensuring accurate pursuit records and timely responses. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years in construction or estimating, hands-on experience with bid management tools, and strong Excel/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in construction or estimating.
• Experience in construction administration, bid coordination, or opportunity/pipeline tracking preferred.
• Strong data analysis and tracking skills with Excel and calendar management.

Responsibilities

• Manage opportunity, bid, and pipeline information across company systems.
• Coordinate bid calendars and deadlines across Estimating, Operations, and Business Development teams.
• Organize bid files, drawings, specifications, addenda, RFIs, and proposals.
