Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across the United States. This role oversees jobsite safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

Candidates should have 7+ years in construction, including 3+ years as a superintendent, with Procore, MS Office, and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera P6).

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Operations: Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule.
• Safety Leadership: Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance; conduct daily safety meetings and site inspections.
• Quality Control: Ensure work is performed to plans and quality standards; coordinate inspections and testing.
• Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractor performance and schedule adherence; coordinate trades to prevent conflicts.
• Project Documentation: Maintain daily reports on manpower, progress, weather, and safety; support RFIs and change orders.
• Project Closeout: Manage punch lists, site demobilization, and final documentation.
