The role involves reviewing public development records, communicating with technical professionals, and utilizing AI tools to enhance research quality while ensuring timely follow-ups and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in construction, civil engineering, land development, or related areas.
• Experience with AI tools for research, analysis, learning, or work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction and development research across designated locations.
• Monitor permit applications, planning records, zoning information, and approvals.
• Identify opportunities and maintain accurate estimating and pipeline records.
• Provide weekly updates on pipeline progress and deadlines.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
