Sevan Multi‑Site Solutions, Inc. is offering a Spring 2027 Construction Project Coordination Intern role. This full-time, remote internship will support our program management team on national-brand construction projects from pre‑planning through closeout.

You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, documentation, and tracking, guided by Sr. Project Coordinators and Project Managers. Strong communication, organization, and a proactive attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• In progress: 4-year degree in construction management, business management, or related field seeking project coordinator or project management positions post‑graduation.
• Strong ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the project team including management, project management, clients, client's organization, contractors, and vendors
• Ability to work in a remote setting
• Ability to prioritize and handle diverse workload; proactively ask for new tasks and show ambition to excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to tolerate ambiguity and work well in a diverse workplace
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a changing work environment
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet, preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up projects in client and/or company project management systems, including uploading and organizing required documentation.
• Help update project status and key milestone dates under the direction of project team members.
• Support in drafting, distributing, and tracking contracts, purchase orders, and change orders to subcontractors/suppliers.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the duration of projects.
• Assist in verifying and processing payment documentation for contractors and vendors.
• Support the collection, coordination, and submission of close-out materials required by project owners.
• Participate in assembling and distributing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Learn and practice maintaining confidentiality with sensitive or proprietary project information.
