Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of relevant industry work experience
• Office experience preferred (1+ year)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsabilités

• Perform and log nationwide bid searches and present potential projects for bid
• Review plans and specifications for required bid data
• Maintain bid list and complete pre-bid tasks
• Request bid bonds and ensure timely receipt
• Draft bid documents and prepare for submittal
• Run post-bid estimating reports in estimating software
• Maintain historical bidding data
• Track potential upcoming projects
