Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions in Plano, TX is seeking a Project Engineer in Construction Services to support project managers through pre-construction to closeout. The role requires coordinating schedules (MS Project/Primavera P6), managing RFIs and submittals, and assisting with budgeting, change orders, and site inspections.

Travel up to 50% may be required. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and inspectors to ensure safety and quality standards and help deliver projects on time and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, plus relevant training.
• 2+ years of construction management or related experience.
• Familiarity with construction documents, processes, and lifecycle.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to learn project management software (Smart Sheet, Procore, Building Connected, etc.).
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain it.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout with Project Manager.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6; track milestones and critical path.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, drawing logs, meeting minutes, and document revisions for timely communication.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to align with schedule and scope.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, invoice review, pay apps, and change order tracking.
• Participate in site walks to verify plan compliance and quality; track punch lists.
