Job summary

Rad Hires, LLC is looking for a Project Coordinator / Estimator to support estimating and project coordination efforts. This remote, part-time role (~20 hours/week) offers flexibility and a potential path to full-time.

You'll focus on construction estimating, review drawings, and help with data management using Excel and estimating software. The ideal candidate has a construction background, can work independently, and communicates clearly on estimates and project details.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction estimating and/or project coordination.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material and labor estimates for construction projects.
• Review drawings, plans, and specifications to define scope and requirements.
• Support project coordination tasks related to estimating and handoff.
• Maintain organized project data and documentation.
• Work with spreadsheets (Excel) and estimating software.
• Communicate clearly with the hiring manager regarding estimates and project details.
• Assist with additional coordination tasks as needed.
