Qualifications

• Experience with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping in the construction industry.
• Proficiency with Comsense software is required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain financial records
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Track invoices, payments, and outstanding balances
• Support job costing and financial reporting efforts
• Maintain organized accounting documentation and records
• Collaborate with project teams and management to ensure financial accuracy
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, and other administrative functions
• Utilize Comsense software for accounting and operational processes
