Job summary

Gordian, a Fortive company, seeks a Senior Account Manager to lead healthcare construction procurement relationships. You will oversee contract renewals, proposals and project support, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet client goals and enhance retention.

This remote role requires 3+ years in construction procurement/management, strong communication, and the ability to travel 50-70% within the assigned geographic area (South Carolina).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of construction procurement, construction management, or general contracting experience related to healthcare construction and construction management.
• Knowledge of plans, deliverables, scope and tasks.
• Confident communication skills and ability to collaborate with all levels of internal and external teams.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned account(s); develop positive working relationships with customers and contractors.
• Serve as subject matter expert of construction contracts, proposals and operations to drive client retention, renewals and satisfaction.
• Oversee project support including scope development, take-offs, proposal review, and construction management.
• Coordinate with Account Managers on contract renewals, scheduling, troubleshooting and software training.
• Identify root causes of customer issues and drive process improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with internal teams to understand client goals and exceed KPIs.
• Provide input on new processes and workflow.
• Maintain superior customer service, operational excellence and strategic insight.
• Work with Finance on billing setup and invoicing.
• Hire and develop staff, set objectives and conduct performance reviews.
• Assist with budgeting, revenue forecasting and P&L updates.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Operations on program usage and benchmarks.
