Job summary

Airbnb is seeking an experienced Connectivity Partner Manager to own the health and growth of our network of connectivity providers, including PMS, CRS, and Channel Managers. You will join the Global Hotels Connectivity team and work with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality connections and compliant operations.

This remote-eligible role requires 6+ years in a similar function, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and a passion for hospitality technology.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in connectivity/technical partner management within a global tech or hospitality tech company.
• Strong understanding of PMS, CRS, and Channel Managers in hospitality/travel software.
• Proficiency in SQL, Looker and Excel.
• Tableau, Jira and Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end connection performance across a network of connectivity partners and deliver day-to-day support via scalable programs.
• Build deep knowledge of technical integrations across PMS, CRS, and Channel Managers to provide targeted partner support.
• Use data to identify strategic opportunities and drive growth.
• Own scaled communications to partners on feature updates, API changes, and deprecations with clear timelines.
• Educate partners on product updates and share feedback with internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot partner technical issues to ensure performance.
• Develop and maintain technical partner resources to support field teams.
