Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize large data sets and produce clear conclusions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflict reports and draft detailed analyses.
• Draft conflict waivers, engagement letters, and related memos.
• Perform legal research on issues, affiliations, SEC filings, and sanctions.
• Use internal/external databases to collect relevant information.
• Construct Ethical Walls as required.
• Review conflicts for lateral hires and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Assist the Director of Business Intake and support conflict searches.
