Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication with clients, attorneys, paralegals and staff.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, compile and analyze data and meet deadlines.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and manage workload efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflict reports and draft detailed analyses to resolve conflicts of interest.
• Draft conflict waivers, engagement letters and related documents.
• Perform electronic research on legal issues, corporate affiliations, SEC filings, sanctions, and more.
