Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication with clients, attorneys, paralegals and staff.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, compile and analyze large data sets and meet deadlines.
• Ability to follow complex instructions and manage time effectively; proficient with PC/Windows apps.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflict reports and draft detailed analyses to resolve conflicts of interest.
• Draft conflict waivers, engagement letters and related memos.
• Perform electronic research on legal issues, affiliations, SEC filings and public records.
• Use databases to collect relevant information and construct ethical walls as needed.
• Review and negotiate vendor contracts and assist in Business Intake procedures.
