Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Intapp Open/Terms strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve conflicts of interest for new and existing business.
• Draft and review conflict waivers and engagement letters.
• Implement ethical walls and provide recommendations on professional responsibility issues.
• Conduct lateral hire conflicts analysis and training.
• Review outside counsel guidelines and respond to RFPs.
