Job summary

Husch Blackwell seeks a Conflicts Counsel to handle conflict of interest issues. This role involves reviewing conflicts, drafting waivers, and ensuring compliance with professional conduct rules. The position may be filled remotely or in any of our locations across the U.S.

The ideal candidate holds a Juris Doctor and has at least three years of conflicts experience in a large law firm. Strong writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of direct, full-time conflicts experience at a large law firm.
• Experience with Intapp Open and Intapp Terms preferred.
• Ability to track, manage, and prioritize numerous responsibilities and conflicts requests.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve conflicts of interest related to business intake.
• Draft conflicts waivers and review engagement letters.
• Communicate with partners and staff regarding conflicts requests.
